Actually Allah gives Khilafat and Rule so that we should Implement his Shariat and command on the earth.(Surah Al-Nur, Verse 56). When we Muslims are not even implementing the commands of Allah and Path of muhammad sallallahu Alaihi wasallam in our life,for which their is no obstruction/no obstacle in general.
So If he gives us Khilafat Will be able to implement his command on the earth.
So to give Khilafat is very easy for Almighty Allah but We should do our side of the job.
