Question :What is benefit of Dawah for Daee. Dawah to Muslims What is its legal Status. Is it is Dawah or Not. What is reference from Shariah.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The Benefits of Dawah For Daee (The invitor, person
giving Dawah)
[العنكبوت: 69]
وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Allah has said that "WALLAZINA JAHADU FEENA LANAHDIYANNAHUM SUBULANA"
Translation: “And those who strive for — We will surely guide them to Our ways.”
So the person who is doing Dawah effort striving, devoting his life time and money Allah will surely give him Hidayat. For the sake of dawah he has to go to other people making himself /herself lowering his status. All these sacrifices will lead the path of Hidayah and guidance for Daee The invitor first. Allah has assured this.
One misunderstanding that has been spread ed among Muslims that many consider the Dawah activity to be for the invited only, and not for the inviter himself, and that since Dawah has reached everyone, there is practically no need for Dawah at this moment in time. This is a gross misunderstanding. If the invited is impressed by a single session of Dawah of the inviter and relinquishing his past, he enters the fold of Islam, one can imagine the extent to which his impact and Yaqeen (belief) would develop if he (the inviter) consistently engages in Dawah.

Some Examples of Dawah Among
Muslims.
Allah Pak says in Quran that Reminding is beneficial
for Muslims also
وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
[51:55] And keep reminding,
because reminding benefits the believers.
Allah is giving Dawah to Muslims
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا (النساء: 136).
Ya Aiuhallazina Amanu Aminu.............
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَالْكِتَابِ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا (النساء: 136).
Ya Aiuhallazina Amanu Aminu.............
O
you who believe, do believe in Allah and His Messenger and in the Book He has
revealed to His Messenger and in the Books He has revealed earlier. Whoever
disbelieves in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers and the
Last Day has indeed gone far astray.
1.Allah Talla Himself give Dawah to Muslim in Quran. Both these Ayats are for Muslim.
Allah the Exalted says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً
YA AIUHAL LAZINA AMAnud khulu fissilme Kaffah........................
“O you who believe! Enter into peace, all of you together. –Sūrah al-Baqarah: 208
O the believer enter into deen completely

OTHER EXAMPLES OF DAWAH AMONG MUSLIMS
1. Some of the prophet came to Muslims only For example Zakariya Alaihissalam and Yahya Alaihissalam who were sent to Muslims and did Islah work among the Muslims.
2.Adhan is five time Dawah for Muslim that has been called as Dawatut
Tammah.(Complete Dawah). It is not for Non Muslim but Muslims.
2. Masab Bin Umair R.A. was sent for one year for those who accepted Islam.Rather they requested it.
4. 70-80 % Muslims (at some places) are not even performing the foremost command Salat/Namaz.................and others command....
So it is much needed now a days that Dawah work with all might and effort to be done Both among Muslims and Non Muslims.

Catastrophe of Abandoning the Dawah activities
1. Abandoning
the Dawah activities has not only led to decrease or termination of Dawah
amongst the Non-Muslims but it has deprived the Muslims of the dynamism of
belief and excellence they once enjoyed due to their engagement in this
field.
2. Not only are they deprived of excellence but owing
to their endeavor contrary to it, belief has slowly dissipated from their
hearts.
3.Another common fallacy is misunderstanding that the
work of Dawah should be extended to Non-Muslims alone. It is a grave
misconception.
4.Prophet has called Azan the complete Dawah but it is
very clear that Azan is for Muslims. So Dawah to muslim is complete and calling
it Bidah as some ignorant internet sheikhs are doing is a blunder. And Shaitan
Iblees alone is Responsible for this. May Allah guide us.
5.Whereas just as non-Muslims have to be invited
towards Islam, Muslims have to be invited to Imaan (faith) and A'amal (good
deeds).
6. As Prophet Musa used to invite Pharaoh to accept
Islam whilst inviting the Bani-Israel towards Imaan (belief), Salah (prayer),
Tawakkul (trust in Allah), salvation from all calamities and towards attaining
success in both the worlds.
An important intrinsic qualities of Dawah-i.e the strengthening of Yaqeen (belief)- can be achieved by extending Dawah to Non-Muslims, in the same way, it can be attained by extending it to fellow Muslims as well.

Dawah to Non Muslim is very important work rather critical Responsibility of
all Muslims. May Allah guide us.
