ALTHOUGH GREAT SCHOLARS /IMAMS has permitted use of weak Hadith in Fadhail /Virtue/ Encouragement for good deed.
Leaving the way of Salafus Salehin Imams and Hadith scholars, At present some Groups are claiming that this should not be used.
AMONG THOSE SCHOLARS /GROUPS WHO ARE OPPOSING WEAK AHADITH, THEIR ARE THREE 3 CATEGORY OF PEOPLE.
FIRST CATEGORY OF PEOPLE 1
1. There are Munkireen e Hadith Who actually do not believe in Any Hadith which does not fit with their Logic and Philosphy/Group Subideology.
They may raise doubts over any Hadith including Bukhari and Muslim. Knowingly or unknowingly they are the worst enmy of Islam and Muslims.
But unfortunately some of them are regarded as not only scholars of Islam Rather champions of Islam. (Nauzubillah May Allah save ummat from this Fitnah)
Recently I read magazine from Hyderabad India DECEMBER 2012 ISSUE ........This magazine claimes to advocate Sahih hadith and discard week Hadith.........But in reality they have actually denied Ahadith that are not fit on their logic and not fitting to their mentality.
E.g They have denied the Azab of Qabr (Punishment of Grave).........
They gave a convincing logic .............
that as Grave is before Day of Judgement,(Qiyamat) And any Court of law donot give Reward and punishment before hearing of case and judgement. So Ahadith describing Azab e Qabr are ..........(NAUZUBILLAH)
Although Ahadith describing Punishment of Grave are in Bukhari Shareef they are denying Hadith as it does not fit with their Logic and mental level. (May Allah give them Hidayat)

2. Some People deny a Hadith knowingly/unknowingly for criticising other Scholar or to degrade the opinion of other Scholars in the matter of jurisprudence.
They deny any Hadith that contradict their Position/support the opinion of other scholar.
They become so overwhelmed for downgrading/maligning other scholar that they dont confirm the things before their talk/writing.
Example :
In one of the You Tube video one .........................group Scholar (Not reveling name as it may become Geebat,) has come to criticise Maulana Tariq Jameel Sb and described one Hadith Quoted by Maulana Tariq Jameel* as JHOOT/ GIRI PADI CHEEZ (describe that Hadith as Lies / waste material) ...................
But Actually that Hadith was Hasan Sahih as classified by Imam Tirmidhi and even Nasiruddin Albani has classified this as Hasan Sahih.......
But for criticising Maulana Tariq Jameel* he went to the extent of denying Hadith.

THIRD CATEGORY No. 3
(NOTE:This group opinion will come into the category of difference of opinion and even if their position is wrong but comes under Ijtehad. Question is wheather they have competence to do ijtihad or not but still their is nothing wrong in their intention .So They should be counselled. They should not be mixed/condemned with the first two groups.)
Some ........................scholars (of a particular group/subideology) has opined that the usage of Weak (Da’ef) Ahadeeth is forbidden in Islam and there is a move amongst certain circles to purge the many valuable Hadeeth collection in which any Weak (Da’ef) narrations.
But.......What Islamic Scholars/Imam Muhaddithin Salfasus salehin says........
................Imam Bukhari (RA) has used many weak Hadith in his book “Al Adab Al Mufrad” hadith collection on virtue/Fazail e Amaal
...........Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah’s Rahimullah book “Alkalimut-Tayyib” which both contains many weak Ahadeeth
1.Nevertheless there exists an overwhelming majority of Islamic Scholars (from Salafussalehin & Khalaf) who not only permitted its usage but their publications contained these (i.e. Weak Narrations) in abundance.
2.Furthermore from the opinions and practises of the Ulama of the past we can also glean that usage of Weak (Da’ef) Ahadeeth is preferred over Qiyas (logical deduction/personal analogy) in matters where no Authentic Narration exists.

BUKHARI SHAREEF HADITH ABOUT PUNISHMENT OF GRAVE
كَانَ سَعْدٌ يُعَلِّمُ بَنِيهِ هَؤُلاَءِ الكَلِمَاتِ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُ المُعَلِّمُ الغِلْمَانَ الكِتَابَةَ وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْهُنَّ دُبُرَ الصَّلاَةِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الجُبْنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ العُمُرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ صحيح البخاري
“Sa’d radhiallahu anhu used to teach his children the following words like how a teacher teaches children to write. He used to say “Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam used to seek Allah’s refuge from these things after every Salāh.” “Oh Allah, I seek your protection from cowardice and I seek your protection from that I am sent forth to a feeble age and I seek refuge in you from the trials of the world and I seek refuge in you from the punishment of the grave.” (
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: أَنَّ يَهُودِيَّةً دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهَا، فَذَكَرَتْ عَذَابَ القَبْرِ، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا: أَعَاذَكِ اللَّهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ، فَسَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ، فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، عَذَابُ القَبْرِ.قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: فَمَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً إِلَّا تَعَوَّذَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ صحيح البخاري
Aisha radhiallahu anha narrates that a Jewess came to her and mentioned the punishment of the grave and said “May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave.” So Hadhrat Aisha radhiallahu anha asked Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam about the punishment of the grave and Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam said “There is a punishment of the grave”. Aisha radhiallahu anha says that I never saw Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam pray a Salāh after that instance except that he seeked refuge from the punishment of the grave. (Sahih al-Bukhari, no. 1306, & Sahih Muslim).
Another Hadith Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah used to make the following supplication: O Allah! I seek your refuge from the punishment in the grave and from the punishment in the fire of Hell and from the tribulations of life and death and from the tribulations of the Antichrist (masih al-Dajjal) (Sahih al-Bukhari, no. 1311).
(IT IS NOT A COINCEDENCE THAT BECAUSE OF THIS TYPE OF SCHOLARS IN GOOGLE SEARCH IF YOU PUT weak hadith in bukhari IT GIVE NEARLY 600000 Results (May Allah save us from Fitnah of Denial of HADITH/INKAR E HADITH.)
