(۴) اعتراض:۔
          فضائل اعمال اور فضائل صدقات میں کچھ احادیث ضعیف بھی ہیں۔
جواب:۔

          محدثین کا اصول ہے کہ ضعیف حدیث فضائل میں معتبر ہے۔
امام نووی شافعیؒ شارح مسلم فرماتے ہیں:
قال العلماء من المحدئین والفقهاء و غیر هم یحوز ویسحت العمل فی الفضائل والترغیب و الترهیب بالحدیث الضعیف مالم یکن موضوعا (الاذکار ص7-8 طبع مصر) محدثین اور فقہاءاور ان کے علاوہ علماءنے فرمايا ہے کہ ضعیف حدیث پر عمل کرنا فضائل اور ترغیب اور ترہیب میں جائز اور مستحب ہے وہ حديث من گھڑت نہ ہو۔ اسی اصول کو مندرجہ ذیل حضرات بھی لکھتے ہیں۔

’ اخیر میں اس امر پر تنبيہ بھی ضروری ہے کہ حضرات محدیثن رضی اللہ عنھم اجمعین کے نزديک فضائل کی روایات میں توسع ہے اور معمولی ضعف قابل تسامح (ہے) باقی صوفیہ کرام رحہم اللہ کے واقعات تو تاریخی حیثیت رکھتے ہی ہیں اور ظاہر ہے تاریخ کا درجہ حدیث کے درجہ سے کہيں کم ہے‘۔

(۷) اعتراض:۔
          حضرت شیخؒ نے بعض صحابہؓ کی طرف نبی پاک ﷺ کے خون پینے کی نسبت کی ہے حالانکہ خون ناپاک ہے؟
جواب:۔
          حضرت شیخؒ نے (فضائل اعمال ص 188) پر حضرت عبداللہ بن زبیرؓ اور حضرت مالک بن سنانؓ کا واقعہ نقل کیا ہے جس میں ان حضرات کا حضورﷺ کے خون مبارک کو پینے کا ذکر ہے۔
پہلی بات:۔
          پہلی بات تو اس جگہ پر قابل تحقیق یہ ہے کہ آیا یہ واقعات مستند بھی ہیں یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔
           تو اسکا جواب یہ ہے کہ یہ واقعات مستند ہیں اور معتبر کتب کے اندر موجود ہیں۔

حافظ نور الدین الہیثمیؒ اس واقعہ کو حضورﷺ کی خصوصیات کے باب میں نقل کرنے کے بعد لکھتے ہیں۔ یہ طبرانی ؒ اور بزار کی روایت ہے اور مسند بزار کے تمام راوی صحیح کے راوی ہیں۔ سوائے ھنید بن القاسمؒ کے اور یہ بھی ثقہ ہے( مجمع الزوائد ج8 ص 270)
امام بیقہیؒ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن زبیرؓ کا حضور ﷺ کے خون کو پینا، یہ واقعہ حضرت اسماءبنت ابی بکر ؓ اور حضرت سلمان فارسی ؓ سے بھی متعد سندوں سے مروی ہے۔ (سنن الکبریٰ اللبیہقی ج7 ص 67)
حافظ شمس الدین ذھبی ؒ فرماتے ہیں۔ اس روایت کو امام ابو یعلیؒ نے اپنی مسند میں روایت کیا ہے اور لکھا ہے میں نہیں جانتا ھنیدؒ راوی پر کسی کی جرح کو ( سیر اعلام النبلاء ج 2 ص366)
علامہ علی متقی حنفیؒ اس روایت کو نقل کرنے کے بعد لکھتے ہیں رجالت ثقات اس روایت کے تمام راوی ثقہ ہیں۔ ( کنز العمال ج13 ص469)
حضرت مالک بن سنانؓ کا آنحضرت ﷺ کے
خون پینے کا واقعہ مندرجہ ذیل کتب میں ہے
حافظ ابن حجر عسقلانی الشفعیؒ نے یہ واقعہ ابن ابی عاصم، بغوی، صحیح ابن السکن اور سنن سعید بن منصور کے حوالے سے بھی نقل کیا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔ (الا صابہ ج 3 ص325 طبع مصر)
یہی واقعہ کتاب” مختصر سیرت رسولﷺ ملفہ ابن عبدالوہاب نجدی ص402“ پر بھی موجود ہے۔
اس کتاب کا ناشر غیر مقلدین کا مشہور مدرسہ جامعتہ العلوم الاثریہ جہلم ہے۔
خلاصہ کلام:۔
دونو ں واقعات مستند ہیں اور اکابر علماءکرام نے ان کو روایت کیا ہے۔ لٰہذا بغیر دلیل کے ہم ان واقعات کا انکار نہیں کر سکتے۔
فائدہ:۔
مشہور مفسر علامہ قرطبیؒ لکھتے ”دم مسفوح والی آیت حجتہ الوادع کے دن عرفہ میں نازل ہوئی“ (تفسیر قرطبی ج 2 ص216)
حافظ ابن عبدالبر مالکیؒ لکھتے ہیں۔
مالک بن سنان ؓ غزوہ احد میں شہید ہوئے تھے۔ (الاستعاب مع الاصابہ ج3 ص 350)
          دیکھئے احد میں شہید ہونے والے وہ بھی تھے جنہون نے شراب پی تھی کیونکہ ابھی شراب کی حرمت نازل نہیں ہوئی تھی۔ بلکل اسی طرح دم مسفوح کی حرمت کا مسئلہ ہے۔ لٰہذا اعتراض کرنے والے کے ذمہ ہے کہ وہ یہ ثابت کرے کہ دم مسفوح کی حرمت کے نازل ہونے کے بعد ان حضرتؓ نے خون پیا تھا۔
دوسری بات:۔
جمہورعلماءکرام کے نزدیک حضورﷺ کے فضلات پاک ہیں۔ لٰہذا کوئی اشکال نہیں۔
