Series on Tabligh Usool Reference from Quran Hadith part 1
Tabligh Elders say when you return from journey and from path of Allah. You should go to Masjid and offer two rikat Namaz.
Reference Hadith
K'ab ibne-Malik Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Rasullullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam normally never returned from a journey but at the time of Salat-ud-Duha (forenoon prayer). When he arrived, he first went to the Masjid, offered two Raka'ats Salat, and sat down there.

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah Radiyallahu 'anhuma narrates that when we came to Madinah, Rasullullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to me: Go to the Masjid and offer two Raka 'ats Salat.
